Great Cinematography/Sloppy Storytelling

I watched this because it was the second video available about an amazing person, Dick Proenneke. The cinematography is great, mixing new footage shot by the visiting team with stock footage from Dick Proenneke's archives.

The only thing I find wrong with it is that we are never introduced to the camera team that goes there, and it is only mentioned almost as an aside halfway in that they are there to film wildlife. At least half of the video is a tribute to Dick Proenneke, but we never meet the guys there with him. Very odd. A 'National Geographic Special' this is not.

It is worth a viewing for the Alaska nature footage and to see and hear Dick Proenneke talk about life in the wilderness.

Be prepared to be confused about who the other guys are, though.
