Too soapy......

The first two episodes were promising, however, later they spent way too much time on "emotional" or "relationship" stuff totally unrelated to the mystery, once they began to do that, it got boring pretty quickly, I will give it a little more time, unless the writers can get themselves together quickly and bring us something interesting, I would have to drop this show.

Hope for the best, plan for the worst, enjoy the rest

I like the show when i first watched too. Actually I watched it because I'm a fan of Peter Hermann, who played Peter. I then kind of lost interest. I liked her having a new case each week and then dealing with her dating life. Really thought they were going to hold off on developing the parents storyline though until Season 2 (if it was renewed). Hope they don't run out of story lines.

I totally agree...they really rushed the plot of the first season. Some of the stuff that happened nearing the end of the season definitely shouldn't have happened until like season 2 or something.

I agree that it was rushed and soapy. Angela irritated me. "You can't really be interested in me because my parents are traitors." sniff, sniff. Whatever. Get over yourself. Who doesn't some with drama?

Willow: How can you be so calm?
Oz: Long, arduous hours of practice.

Really, what did you expect? It's a television series that aired on Lifetime. So of course it's soapy.
