Mars Volta Missing From Season 2 DVD

Where are the Mars Volta ? they are missing from the season 2 DVD Box set. The episode goes for about 10 minutes then just stops.

Beware if that is a reason why you are buying this DVD

I wondered too... Think it has something to do with copyrights maybe

I bought The Mars Volta's Amputechture after watching their segment on youtube (from Rollins's show). They're awesome.

Why is it just The Mars Volta being deleted from the second season? IFC has to get the musical rights for all the guests, does it not? So why would they just forget The Mars Volta? Doesn't make any sense.
