Waste of a good story....Spoilers

First of all, the story was good but overshadowed by terrible acting and a disjointed script. Most of the main characters where miscast, especially the leading male character (what a putz). He was definitely not leading man material and his acting was horrific. Not much went into character development so you feel that you are just plunged into the middle of a story.

The movie had very few redeeming qualities other than the visual shots of Santorini Greece. It's as if this movie was made on a shoestring budget after having to pay a few well known actors big money to be in this awful film.

Had it been a better script, a better director and properly cast, I'm sure it would have been a very good movie; one worth the time watching so be warned.

Quick spoiler in case you're curious or want to save yourself the time watching this:

Putz husband (he's a screenwriter) with trophy wife (she's a budding screenwriter) cheats with a much plainer looking woman assistant. He also holds his wife's movie script back and pushes his with his agent. He gets caught both cheating and holding back his wife's script so she runs off to Greece. He follows her there and chases her around to try to win her back. In the meantime, she meets and takes up briefly with a good looking young Casanova. To complicate matters, the woman he cheated with shows up. Just when it seems he may have won her back, she spots the other woman.

Both back in New York, he submits her movie script instead of his in another attempt to win her back. Still separated, they end up collaborating on a movie. She is the screenwriter and he is the director. Their relationship is amicable though obviously they still have feelings for each other. He's been served with divorce papers but he is reluctant to sign. He makes a final plea for forgiveness ending by telling her that if a life without him will make her happy then he'll sign the divorce papers. During the filming of her movie the producer, who's an older man, attempts to woo her. Then out of nowhere, the husband hands her the signed divorce papers and she crumples them up and they return to Santorini, happily ever after....
