Worst comedy

agreed...im all for stoner movies, loved half baked for one. This movie is meant to be the tale of a girl and her wild adeventure after smoking too much weed, but turns into a series of events that are sad and almost too realistic. People treat her the way you would expect to treat an overly intoxicated anoying white girl. Even the boy whose in love with her cant stand her after five seconds. The problem is none of these "bizarre" situations are any fun, not do they really lead anywhere. Like what was the point of John Cho taking her on the freeway, and what was the point of the chick on the motorcycle. There was non...just a waste of ten minutes to get from point A to point B, then when shes in Venice you think we would be treated to some laughs at the hemp festival, but of course its over and we never get to see another interaction between her and her pot dealer. I could go on about all the scenes that went nowhere and things that fell flat, but Im done wasting my time with this movie.

Agreed! - Awful movie. Barely amusing. Pointless and random story. I really wanted to like this movie but it was a shocking waste of electricity to watch.

Not to sound politically incorrect, but to me Jane seemed more retarded and a bit nuts than she did stoned. And how the heck did she stay stoned all day long when she hadn't had any weed since the morning? It was like she just kept getting more and more stoned and stupid as the day went on and she didn't even refresh her buzz. I usually love stoner movies but this one just wasn't funny. I usually love Anna Ferris but I thought she just played the part way too "retarded" for lack of a better word. Big disappointment.

As a stoner who's into stoner comedies I didnt think this movie was funny, and did nothing for stoner culture.

I feel like it just expoits the current prohibition propanda and it is making fun of us, not making fun with us. Which is sad cause the director and editor knew how to portrayed being stoned and anna faris was spot on in her perfornance. Im glad this movie isn't mainstream like a seth rogan film, which at least tries to portray stoners as having some reasonableness and sense of moderation

Everyone has an opinion about what is funny. I thought it was effin hilarious. Anna Faris is wonderful. Everyone else was great in their roles, too.

Yup, this movie is an absolute turd. Apart from seeing Danny Trejo for a few seconds, this movie has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. The leading actress's delivery of every line is completely unbearable, she sounds like a child mocking a stroke victim and in no way emulated any degree of marijuana use by any person ever. This movie is worthless.
