Don't get me wrong,
I Love Eddie Murphy!! We own a lot of his movies. It's just I don't feel he was the right roll for this type of movie. He is a very funny man but non of his stuff was fitting
Am I the only one that thinks Kevin James would have done a better job in this role?

He probably would have come cheaper also. I must admit, we are used to seeing Murphy act the fool in films so it comes as no suprise when hes forced to in this one to get his financial info, perhaps the film would have worked better had they cast an actor who we arnt used to seeing act silly ... to highlight more the daft way of behaving the character was forcing himself into in pursuit of a career. Imagine say, Kevin James though would have been good .... a nice compromise between a more serious persona and Eddies wonderful daftness.
