My guess: movie will be as opaque as the trailer

The trailer here on IMDB is SO lacking in exposition, I'm thinking the film is apt to be more of the same.

The film will presumably have more complete versions of the personal stories offered by the various celebrities (and of course additional stories) - plus MAYBE a little bit more about where those woods are and a few words as to why they've come.

The genre is listed as "Mystery" and the trailer hints that spooky things are (or may be) happening in those woods. We assume that there must be SOME reason why these (mostly famous) people are there, and that their various personal demons are somehow part of that reason - but if the filmmakers are even holding that "card," they haven't shown it.

From a marketing standpoint, withholding that tidbit (which is arguably the film's entire premise) makes no sense, unless they're convinced that the ambiguity will draw in more viewers than clarity would (which might be true.)

I suspect that viewers will be largely left to draw their own conclusions and connect their own dots.
