I just watched this for the first time and this was my take of

Ray was dead the whole time, Bruges was his purgatory. Ken was the angel and Harry was the devil fighting over where his soul would ultimately end up. I don't know if he lives.

I just finished watching it 10 minutes ago. Interesting take, though when was his death?

You don't know if who lives?

Funny, quirky, movie.

The very end, does Colin Farrell survive the gun shot wounds or not? That's why I watched it, because it's known for it's ambiguous ending.

I don't think it matters; the movie is farce, a black comedy that looks at codes of morality, conscience, guilt, redemption, etc.
