Great documentary, but who didn't make it into the film, or who didn't get enough face time in your opinion?

Should have been interviewed:
- Lemmy, of course
- Cronos from Venom
- Tom Gabriel Fischer from Celtic Frost
- Dave Lombardo and Jeff Hanneman from Slayer
- Jason Newsted from Metallica/Flotsam and Jetsam
- James Hetfield
- DD Verni from Overkill
- Rob Flynn and Phil Demmel from Vio-Lence

Should have been interviewed more extensively:
- Mille Petrozza
- Tom Angelripper
- Shmier
- Gene Hoglan
- Kerry King and Tom Araya
- Dave Mustaine
- Gary Holt, Zetro and Tom Hunting
- Bobby Blitz
- Kirk Hammett and Lars Ulrich

I think they interviewed Lars and Bobby Blitz more than enough. I would have like to seen more about the German scene, about Testament, and especially about thrash influencing black and death metal bands. Instead they showed how it influenced alternative metal artists. Bands that have lots of talent got overlooked.

I think Mille should've definitely been shown more. Peter Steele is a notable absence, at least during the NYC Scene segment.
