How the h#ll is this movie being rated when it's not even released? There are 12 votes, I don't get it...

Good point. The movie is rated PG-13. Coming soon January 22, 2009.

There are pre-screeners and film festivals. You can ask the MPAA to rate a movie as soon as it was finished. Plus, the movie was leaked on the internet.

Yep, this movie was leaked almost a week ago. I always thought IMDB blocked people from voting until the movie is actually released in the US though. Maybe thats only for movies people actually care about?
