Great Movie, the worst Series

The movie was good enough for nowadays Cartoon Network (The 90's cartoon network would never allow it) but the series was really stupid.
Horrible plots
Horrible Acting
Bad Characters
Laugh Track - Unneccisary (however you spell that) and Stupid
Replacing Characters - A bad idea
Making a live-action series...No

Anyone agree with any of these?
