i really liked this movie and want to watch some more so stupid its funny horror movies.
can anyone name any?

I would recommend:

Army of Darkness
Shaun of the Dead
Re-Animator

That's all I can think of at the moment, but those are a good start if you haven't seen them.

In the same genre (and country): watch Braindead and bad taste. Hillarious.

Oh, so you like prosthetic makeup horror-comedies?

* Brain Dead / Dead Alive (Peter Jackson) - best I've seen, a real hoot.

* Freaked (Alex Winter, Randy Quaid, Morgan Fairchild, Bobcat Goldthwait, Megan Ward, Mr. T) - pretty darn good too, LOTS of jokes.

* The Frighteners (Peter Jackson, Michael J. Fox, Sinbad, Trini Alvarado, R. Lee Ermey (drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket)) - not so much prosthetic makeup, but good as both horror and comedy.

* Killer Klowns from Outer Space - makes something sinister out of every aspect of clowns - liked JoJo's fist fight, especially.

* Frankenhooker (Bill Murray said he liked it).

The only thing I think really worth mentioning in your post (other than your great taste!) is that Sinbad is NOT in the Frighteners. It is actually Chi McBride, a great character actor. Sinbad isn't even in the same league as Martin Lawrence, let alone Mr. McBride.
