At the start of the game when it's showing the video of the Princess being kidnapped the audio is out of sync, the audio is stuttery. This same problem occurs every time one of the great detail Video segments is playing.
Is this a problem with all the Sonic on the ps3, or is it just mine if it is just mine i will take it back and get a new one.
BTW i'am from the UK.

i'm from USA and have had the game and my PS3 for almost a year.
I'm actually playing through this game at the moment and I'm having the exact same issues as you my friend. The game is running completly fine except for the FMV segments where the sound is, as you said, very stuttery. It's really annoying as even though the game's story isn't up to much, I was still kind of enjoying it so the ruined FMV sequences really take you out of the game. Thankfully I didn't purchase it. I just got the loan of it off my cousin. Anyway, it looks like some Sonic discs over on this side of the pond must indeed be buggy. What did you end up doing with your copy Trev?

Indeed the same problem happened to me untill I upgraded my tv set to a nice HD one along with HDMI cable.
When using this the FMV sequences were okay when it came to auido and visual matching.
