Anyone know the plot?

Wataru, age 10 , is nothing but an ordinary boy. Everything started when his father confessed that he had another lover, and left his family to live with her for good. His mother, not being able to handle the shock, attempts a suicide.

My life can't be like this...

"On the top of the deserted building, above the stairs, stands a door that can change a destiny. A child like you wouldn't make it though." He rememberd he heard something like this from his classmate, Mitsuru.

Indeed Juno Reactor wrote an original orchestral score for the movie. The soundtrack is released in Japan by Epic Records (Sony) on 5th July along with the PS2/PSB/DS game releases. The movie is released in Japan on the 8th July.

It is a great movie with an even greater soundtrack!

The movie is based on a book by Miyuki Miyabe. It is rather a long book but I absolutely loved it. Sort of imagine all 7 Harry Potter books in one volume, but edited nicely, and completely Japanese in character (and of course a different story, but a similar vibe). My local library actually had the book and I live in the middle of nowhere, so check yours!
