The beauty and the Geek Producer Conspiracy Theory

I just had a thought after watching the last episode of BATG: I don't think the producers planned that whole surprise ending voting bs until the last second. The way I see it, they threw Mario and Nadia some bs questions because they wanted Jennylee and Nate's relationship to last at least one more episode (I mean come on, spelling questions???). Anyways, It's my theory that when Nate and CC won the last challenge and went on to the finals, the producers said "there's no way we can let CiCi win: it would piss off all of our viewers."

Thus, I really think that they pulled that last-second "bring the contestants back in to vote" bs just because they knew that by doing that, Cici would have no chance of winning. Which I dont really care because CiCi's a stuck-up valley girl anyways. We have alot of those here in CA.

It's also my opinion that Nate told people not to vote for him wasnt out of "unselfishness". I think basically he knew the ship was sinking and he wanted to look good in front of national tv.

Those are just my thoughts.

I think you're on to something. Really, what better way to guarantee that CiCi would lose than to have the other contestants do the voting? Also, I think the producers realized that it would make good theatre having everyone else tell her what they thought of her.

The only small point I disagree on was Nate's motivations. I think he realized he didn't have much to work with and tried to pull a bit of reverse psychology on everyone, hoping people would think he was taking the high road by acknowledge her faults. Regardless, I think the results show how much control producers have over the outcome, even in so called reality shows.

NO, not really array-6. I mean sort of but people never really got "into" it. They just said Cici hadn't changed and that was it. cici just went around bad-mouthing everybody once again in closed quarters, so whatever.
