How much of the film is in French?

I have not seen the movie and am curious about the breakdown of languages - it says it is in English, French and Scottish Gaelic. How much of it is in each language? I am looking for animated films that are primarily in French, so I am curious about this.

it's more of a silent movie, it doesn't matter if you don't get any word, they kind of whisper it in very few parts.

The previous reply was correct, just as in Tati's own films; Jour de Fete, M.Hulot's Holiday, Mon Oncle and Playtime, there is very little talking and when there is it is either incoherent (though the general meaning is quite clear), or very short exchanges between characters. The various humorous sounds that are prevalent in Tat's films along with his clever visual style, almost always done in long ahots are the key to his storytelling style. I found the same to be true with this film , a wonderful tribute to the man and his films.
