No, you dont have to register. It asks you, but you dont have to.
All you have to do is go to your inbox to verify your e-mail.

I tried to sign and got the same thing. I really want to do something, because I am royally pissed. I didn't think I would mind that much but only because I figured it would last longer, at least another season. Other than signing the petition, I'm trying to think what else I can do.

I'm not a Puerto Rican but I'm speakin' so that you know.
