Haha. But seriously, how awesome would it be if dogs could talk? Gabriel was so loyal and sweet. Aww.

reply

Ya, but he was like that before too, so a person can have a loyal dog and kno it without the dog talking, me and my sister fool around all the time, my dog nanook, a big husky, always goes after her, its the sweetest thing ever

I used to have a husky named Nikki, but she wasn't a very friendly dog. She died when I was little. :( I want a dog though. Sometimes I get to pet-sit a big chocolate lab named Cody. He's so big and loveable. Just imagine if he could talk!

While I was watching the movie, I was wondering if it'd be weird to see somebody having a conversation with their dog like Aaron did with Gabriel on that bench. I don't think it'd be weird. I would talk to my dog like a person if I had one lol. Just as long as they don't talk back, I'll assume I'm sane. :)

Though I didn't like the rest of the movie, that show really made me comforted to have two loyal dogs in the household.

What are u talking about? I liked it, I was really confused in the beginning though, it took my friends, who read the book, to explain it to me

nvr read the book. is there more to this movie? just seems to me like a cliffhanger...or it could turn into a series... (just speculating)

and some of the special "abilities" reminded me of spiderman lol. like with the time slowing down and seeing things slower then him. except it wasnt a fly. and he was able to fly with wings like spiderman could fly with webs. lol idk it just made me think of SMN...

reply

Yeah, it does. Maybe because he did that movie 'Homeward Bound' where he did the dog voice over?

Yes very deceiving to put Darren Scott as the voice of 'Gabe'. In the mini-series it clearly shows Darren Scott as voice of 'Gabriel'.
