Dogma

We're actors! We're the opposite of people!

I wouldn't go with Dogma. Dogma is good but it's offbeat comedy that pokes fun at the organization of Christianity mostly(specifically the Catholic church). but I suppose it fits.

If you're looking for movies more in this same vein start with the Prophesy with Christopher Walken and a cameo by Viggo Mortensen. Parts 2 and 3 are decent but I wouldn't go beyond 3.

Legion also fits in here with Paul Bettany. You could also try Constantine with Keanu Reeves which was good. Ghost Rider and Spawn also sort of fit but they focus more on being devils or demons and not so much the spiritual war dichotomy.

Mortal Instruments and The Prophecy... First mentioned is a bookseries but the film production has been paused..
