Why It's Called '48 Angles'

I had trouble understanding the Irish accent English. And I am not a native speaker of English. I watched the movie without subtitles. They are nowhere to find. And I am still wondering why it's call "48 Angel". Does it have something to do with a Bible tale? I guess I missed something.

Same here, mate.

Found difficulty with accent and all..

Looked for subtitles - none available..

Why is it 48 Angles?

Must've missed something, as you put it.

Good Luck.

Hi harvey696

"And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and
showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God. It shone with the glory of
God, and its brilliance was like that of a very precious jewel, like a jasper, clear as crystal... The great street of the city was of pure gold, like transparent glass. It had a great, high wall with twelve gates, and with twelve angels at the gates. On the gates were written the names of the twelve tribes of Israel. There were three gates on the east, three on the north, three on the south and three on the west”.
(Rev.21:10-13)
= 48 Angels at the gates of Heaven
When James steals the car, the song playing on the stereo is about this.

It's actually NOT called 48 Angles, it's 48 Angels! :)

Hello mc333,
Well, I'm impressed by your knowledge!
By the way, would you have any clue how to find a recording of the song?
I would be grateful.

Thank you
