C.J.'s treatment towards Janine

When Janine got off crack and finally came home, did anyone else think C.J. was overly harsh towards her? I mean, she is finally off crack, back with the family, and C.J. won't even look at her! What the heck? C.J. should have been glad that she at finally came home. Yeah, you may be pretty mad at someone who walked out like that, but C.J. was just downright disrespectful! Also, why is it that C.J. could be disrespectful to Janine, but the minute Malik started doing the same thing, he got reprimanded??

Sometimes he went to far.But I can understand that anger can be to much sometimes

Ummm...she burned down their house!!! If someone burns your house down and you have to move yourself and your two kids into a relatives home I think you would be slightly annoyed.

C.J. had the right to be mad. His wife lied to him, burned down their house, left him and their family to live on the street, stole from their family... the list goes on and on. Malik on the other hand, he is still a child, living under someone else roof and has no right to disrespect his mother like that, despite the hell she has put them through. At the end of the day, he is still a child, her child and she is his mother which still garners respect for the moment.

So you think just because he's a kid he's not allowed to be angry? Statements like this is the reason why so many parents are big headed and think they are better than their children. So you're telling me if I had a parent who chose drugs over me, I'm wrong for confronting them, I'm disrespectful for being angry. Puh-lease!!

reply

He has the right to be angry but the way he did it was disrespectful.
