I heard this one today:
Frank Lundy's boss (played by Mike from Breaking Bad) has come in and is giving a rundown of the evidence against James Doakes, showing him stopping at a gas station.
Masuka: I can't believe it. (pause) $3.49 for regular.
Here's a competitor from S3E1:
Debra (quoting Miguel Prado): A safe Miami is the only Miami.
Masuka pops up: A safe Miami and we're all unemployed.
It wasn’t just a line, but a whole scene.
When Dexter kills two guys but doesn’t have the time to get rid of the bodies and just leaves them there. Masuka arrives at the crime scene he has a theory that it’s murder/suicide and that involved sexual strangulation and starts showing his colleagues how it all went down with funny gesticulation. That was hilarious!
Masuka: “I know exactly what happened here! Two words: autoerotic mummification!”
I had to rewind few more times to see it again.
I think I'll have to rewatch that one. I sort of remember, but I want to really remember.

Another one I liked, not a Masuka line, but close. When he finds out in the final season that he has a daughter, and that lady detective whose name I'm currently blanking on is like "That poor sweet child"
