Dex - chemistry with women

How would you say his chemistry with his ladies are? And do you find them believeable? ?

Here's my list
- Rita
I believe it! They fit, they make sense.

- Lila
NO! I dont believe it! They didnt make sense at all to me! And too much fysicle to fast considering Dex isn't into that (yet) and it all happens too fast out of nowhere

- Lumen
They were so good together! They fit, they work and just accept each other. Also it happens at a good paste. Too bad she left so soon! Would have loved to see more of that relationship! Amazing chemistry! And they seemed to really care for each other!

- Hannah
No no no no no! Need I say more? I cant see the chemistry or the connection! And seriously Dexter dating a killer?! NO! - maybe if she had killed people who deserve it like him. But Dex wrapping her up in plastic, wanting to kill her and then have s** with her?! No! Too big a strech! Both when you think of the fact that shes a coldblooded killer and also hid 1st rule.. Never bought that whole relationship with Hannah!! They dont fit! They dont make sense!

Fave with Dexter - Lumen!
They had chemistry, love and was just theirselves!

Rita made sense for a long time and they seemed right though they made her kind of a b**** at season 4! And for a long time they evolved together and slowly

Rita, Lila and Lumen yes.
Rita was my favorite. She was good to him, she helped him a lot and he helped her too.
I also liked his relationship with Lila. Although she was crazy, they had chemistry.
Lumen was great for him. Unfortunately it didnt end well.

I never liked Hannah though. No chemistry. No sense at all.

I think I liked Lila the least, but didn't hate any of them.

I always thought Rita made sense because she is an empath and Dex of course is a sociopath so they are drawn to each other
but especially her to him. Ying and Yang

I have watched till season 6 and have to say, among all I loved lumen the best. Their chemistry was amazing.

Agree, Lumen and Dexter made sense together, none of the others did. Rita was very sweet and a good cover but Lumen accepted the real Dexter and they came into each other's lives at exactly the right moment. Hannah was just beautiful and manipulative, I loved that there was something damaged about Lumen and Dexter could relate to that. There was nothing damaged about Hannah, she was cold, even colder than Dexter. Lumen seemed alive in a way that Hannah never did.

I hoped Dexter would be caught and stand trial and Lumen would reappear to testify in his trial... I just hoped they would find their way back to one another. I didn't enjoy watching seeing him be manipulated into losing everything so Hannah could get everything she wanted. Dexter was a complete doormat around Hannah and lost all of his appeal. He was strong for Lumen and that was attractive, it also humanised him in a believable way.

Pity. What a complete *beep* up on the writers' behalves.

I completely agree with you, good comments.

I liked Dexter with Lila. She was nuts, but atleast she wasn't another annoying *beep* blonde. Her darkness matched Dexter's, and they were just sexy together.

- Rita
I agree. She started as his cover and she was in a weak place herself, but then it actually became genuine caring. They were perfect together.

- Lila
Agree again, it seemed way too forced. I can see a man being seduced in physically. If it weren't for the fact that he wasn't really into that at that at that point.

- Lumen I totally bought as the person he was trying to help and then them just being friends. I really didn't see or want them to turn it into a romance, or whatever you would call it. When they went past that point and had sex, I was thinking that I didn't want to see them go there and thought it was wrong to change their relationship, but then right after I saw how it fit and made sense. But I could see why she couldn't stay.

To Love and win is the best thing. To Love and lose, the next best.
