Dr. Vogel was a...
serial killer by proxy...who else believes this?
I believe she used Dexter, Zach Hamilton and others as pawns in her plan to exterminate others. And like Dexter, her son inherited her killer gene as well.

Well there is no doubt she used Dexter as she just saw him as a murdering machine basically and helped create the creepy code.
shareI don't think she really had a definite plan so much as she was so into how smart she thought she was, and so uncaring about the results toward innocents, that her mentality was pretty much "Let's try this and see what happens, fun!"
shareYep a sociopath. Although I need to watch that season again.
shareI'd say Dr. Vogel was a sociopath, and she outsmarted herself too. Even though she was clinical, I think she had monstrous qualities as well.
shareYes. I remember she reminded me of a little less dangerous female version of Hannibal elector.
shareI never thought of it that way, but yeah, you might be right. A female Hannibal, at least mentally, talking and suggesting, prodding and poking. Good call! My favorite Hannibal was the Brian Cox version from "Manhunter", by the way!
