Who Plays Billy's Mother?
Seen her years a go on another Canadian show. Or is she a singer from years past? I can't remember. I just know she played on the going to the chapel episode and she is not listed in the casting.

shareTotally! It is the lovely Sherry Miller, one of the busiest Canadian actresses who works on shows made in Canada (mostly) for Canadian and/or American release. Usually when I see her pop up on a show or film I say: "Ah, this must be a made-in-Canada production" and wait to see at least one more known Canadian actor appear, as well as hunt for the local street scenes, if made in Toronto.
