The infinite city health cheat wont work!!!! Help!!!

First It can only work once you traveled back to Earth from the fight at the alien arena. Second honestly wait for like two seconds so fly around a bit and then press pause and start putting in the codes. Sometimes it doesn't work so unpause the game and pause it again. It does work it's. I noticed it does work if your in a battle or going to a battle.
Maybe in your next life, you'll believe the Zodiac when it tells you to cut the red wire.

What does 'Y right Y right' mean?
So it's not "Y, right, Y, right?"

Whats the point anyway its not like its a hard job protecting the City?
If you just rattle it with cheats from the get go it won't be any fun at all.
The point for me is that i dont always feel like beating up some stupid ass dragons or the annoying gray monsters. You cant even just fly around for 5 minutes without running into a mission. And sometimes i feel like destroying the city.
Can anyone give me the Ps2 version of this code and exatcly how to put it in. thanx.

I think theres two versions of this cheat. I'll post it if i find it. I swear the first time i put it in it worked then after that it just stoped.
