I noticed it was mentioned in a few reviews too, people saying how they kept falling asleep. I think I'll keep a link on hand for those times when I'm tossing & turning, it had this slow hypnotic pace to it and makes for some seriously heavy eyelids. Just keep the audio low and snooooooze......
