All the idiots who went out and paid ten bucks to see it. I saw it for free at a special screening event, if I had paid I would have demanded my money back in 10 minutes. But so far the results have been dismal for it so maybe they will get the message.

reply

wow I thought it was a good movie but I guess everyone has an opinion...and some people need anger management. it's really sad that someone can get that angry about a movie. wow.....

reply

When you spend $10 on a bad movie and wasted 2 hours of your life, you get angry.

reply

In my case I wasa stunned in disbelief at that lousy Adam Sandler animated flick 'Eight crazy nights' or what ever the title of it is. I was the only one in the theater at the Metreon in Frisco.

BEST MOVIE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnyyyyyyyyyy! heheheh i wanna be a funky fresh boy!!!!!!!!!

reply

I think the same. It was great! That was the point: it was a comedy, it had "old school inside jokes" (eighties culture) and it was silly. I liked it.

reply

You shouldn't get that angry.....2 hours and 10 bucks.....not that big of a deal. You could leave whenever you wanted if it was so terrible....and 10 bucks? Wow, the highest price where I live is 7.50....

reply

Have you seen hot fuzz? That was worst than this...

reply

Though this movie was decent at best, it can never compare to the comedic genius that it Simon Pegg. Your sense of humor should feel ashamed.

reply

how DARE you?!
hot fuzz was a work of genius!
GENIUS.

reply

OMG LYKE TOTALE WORST DEN DIS OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG sorry my damn english to "stupid twat" translator got jammed.

reply

worst movie.can't even smile.the acting was so poor, that I just want to punch the main actor's face right in the face when he talks with that ridiculous expression.I am putting this very lightly.I will only be happy when the studio that produces this crap goes bankrupt because every single audience demands their money back.

reply

so instead of blaming yourself for bad choices, you go for blaming everyone else.
typical american retard.
otherwise ur just a retard who doesnt have the "american" to fall back on as an excuse.

reply

If you didn't like it, wonderful, stop moaning and get on with your life. I don't understand why people choose to spend their time professsing their undying hatred for this thing. "Oh, I wasted 2 hours of my life. I want my money back". Well, guess what: they still have your time and your money, and they aren't giving it back anytime soon. If it's so terrible, complain to somebody who can actually do something about it.

I, madam, I made radio! O, I dared! Am I mad? Am I?!

reply

i paid 10 bucks and after he woke up from a coma i wanted to leave, but couldnt, cuz i was with my dance team... i wanted to commit suicide in the theater rite there

Well, it was FAR from being the greatest movie, but amazingly enough...I have seen worse.

You need to watch more movies...

reply

You obviously never saw pathfinder

reply

When in doubt, I go to Rotten Tomatoes.

At the time of writing:

Pathfinder got 11%
Kickin It Old Skool got 0%. Yes, 0%.

I won't be watching either of them. Why watch crap when there are so many great movies to watch instead?

reply

How old are we folks? I went to see if for reasons of nostalgia. Some kids in the theater went and saw it for the dance crews. I got a kick out of that. Not an Oscar contender for sure, but there were the share of moments. Most younger folks won't get the majority of jokes in the movie, but I did get a few chuckles out of the film. Yes, I went to college before you question my education level, I even teach and yes, I know it's fart jokes and what not, but I didn't go expecting to see Shakespeare. Best comedy of 2007? No, but not the worst movie this year by far, and we're still only in April.

reply

I understand the appeal of nostalgia, but I'll pass.

I'd rather watch The Wedding Singer, which uses 80's refs as background jokes, instead of as the whole plot of the movie.

reply

I too understand the appeal of nostalgia and it did take me back a couple of times, but I really dont get how some of you dont think this movie REALLY sucks.

Which parts did you like?
The cheap way it was made?
The bad acting?
The bad direction?
The jokes you saw coming a mile away?

Anyway, to each his own.

Although IMHO, this is not the worst movie ever, but its right up there with some of the worst movies ever... and not very far back in line.

I never go by Rotten Tomatoes but if I do I go by the Audience Score, Not the Critics. And for Kickin It Old Skool, The Audience Score is 45%(2.9/5), personally, I thought Kickin It Old Skool was hilarious.

reply

Oh, come on, shapov87! You even sound like a 20 something! All you 35 plus let me here you make some noise!!

Besides, it can't be the worst movie ever made. Everyone knows that award was presented to "Cool as Ice" for life!

reply

I wish death upon all who like this movie...lol

reply

I'm 20 something and I loved. The theme songs and the camoes were worth it if nothing else. Deleted scene, Roddy Piper doing lines from They Live....you cant get cooler then that.

reply

Correction

Glitter and that movie with Johny Knoxville where he shouts lets go sexin are the worst movies. Nothing beats them.

This was ok.

reply

Napoleon.... like anyone could possibly know that

reply

If anyone remembers Idle Hands, I hate that movie to death. I haven't seen this one, but I'm going to guess if I chose to, you people, carrying pitchforks and torches, will find me and burn down my apartment complex.

reply

KNow what??? I LOVED IT!!!!! Only I saw it in Russia with russian translation, but I STILL loved it. Different people have different styles and tastes, and I loved this movie. Even my friend's dad, who's like...40, he loved it.

I don't understand you people... why would you go to the page of movie that you didn't even like... and then talk crap about it... obviously some one liked it becase it got made... but if you didn't like it and thought it was a waste of you time, why are you wasting your time on it now?

And I liked Idle Hands... It is gory and Funny and it has Seth Green and Devon Sawa...

Did I listen to Pop music because i was miserable or was I miserable becaus I listened to pop music

but, the poster before wanted to say, thats its even moore a waste of time, if you come to the board here... this has nothing to do with "freedom of speech"!

reply

[deleted]

ah the typical american excuse for vomiting stupidity "OMG LYKE FREEDOM OF SPEEECH"
hate to tell ya, but there are many other countries with "freedom of speech" but they dont say enough stupid crap to have to justify it like you yanks.
and id rather read a book thats not full of patriotic nonsense. but thanks for the thought.

a good laugh enjoyed by all, pip pip jolly good all that.
its nice to see another american who wholeheartedly believes the US was the reason the germans lost the war.
go back to tossing off on your stars and stripes little boy, ive got better things to waste my time on, like staring blankly into space.

reply

Well jaf150-1, we do this because it's a forum. When we see a crappy movie we go to the forum and we tell people it was crappy. And that way when someone else comes along and is thinking about watching this movie, they can come and read what other people think about it, not just the people that liked it, but everyone.
It's kind of a combination of democracy and the internet. The internet; it's this new thing they have where people with computers can talk to each other and share information (both good and bad experiences). I won't bother explaining it any further. You'll see it around. It's the next big thing. Like pet rocks.
