Justin's 'Grown Up' Clothes

OK so he was 12 years old when he fell into his 20 year coma.

Then as a 32 year old in 2006, he's wearing styles that an adult might have worn in the 80's: skinny piano-key ties, white blazer with a teal t-shirt underneath ala Miami Vice, Diadora polo shirts, etc...

So why on earth would he be picking all of these styles since nobody else is wearing anything like that, and more importantly, where on earth would he be getting them from?

I get it that it's the sight-gags to make him seem even more out of place, but geez Louise it's just plain silly.
