Protruding nail (spoiler)
Not sure if i missed something but why did the sister, when she was trapped in the chair, gouge her head on the floor nail?
sharein order to free her bound hand from the chair, she needed something to lubricate it. she chose cutting her forehead on the protruding nail and using her blood as a lubricant.
