Name that tune...

What is the name of the song that is playing in the background when Nora (wearing the black & white dress) & Julien are at her apt. with the friend Bobby (played by Santo Fazio)? The music is just before the friend exits... the words are something like "everything I ever needed..." I think.

I see that iTunes has the soundtrack but I can't figure out if that song is on the soundtrack or not.
