No taxes Scenario

1. What if all the TV networks and cable companies showed this movie all at once forcing everyone to watch it... Would people even care about the "There is no tax law" or would everyone stop paying taxes?

2. If everyone stopped paying the taxes what would happen to the economy?

3. It seems to me that if everyone realizes there is no law then the president and (senate and congress) would simply pass a new law that we do have to.

Also, if the income tax is both unconstitutional and has not been upheld by the supreme court, it would have a hard time being passed.
