Sherry Peel Jackson

I just read that the former IRS agent who was in the movie was sent to prison about a year ago. I feel so bad for her. she was sent to 4 years. A year for each year she didn't file.

Why should anybody feel bad for her? I pay my taxes.

Well... thank YOU for supporting the War on drugs...War in the middling east...War on the US citizens... Oh ya, and especially the bank bailouts! That was our number one priority.

F_ckin' spare me, man! You don't like your county's policies? VOTE! How about thanking me for the roads, schools and hospitals my tax dollars provide? Guess that wouldn't be as dramatic, would it? Save your rhetoric for the ignoramuses who buy into it. I don't qualify as my parents were married.

You keep on voting for Democrat or Republican (it's all one company) More power to you. That's REALLY going to change things.

reply

As opposed to what, man? NOT paying taxes? Yeah, THAT will change things! I'll end up in jail. If that's what it takes to impress you, you can keep your fcking trophy!

@The_Dougster

Do you seriously believe that your taxes are being apportioned to the American public to serve their interests?

@epicknight7

Suppose the answer is no? Am I really supposed to NOT pay income (or any other) taxes? What if everybody did that whenever they didn’t believe the nation’s interests were being best served? If you’re determined to believe that not paying taxes is a legitimate form of social protest, then go ahead and wear your heart on your sleeve for people like Sherry Peel Jackson.
