Plot holes?

I lean libertarian and just watched this for the first time and thought it is very informative. Yet, it comes off as a Michael Moore-like flick with a libertarian stance. I think Mr. Russo needs to work a little harder in finding evidence to what he asserts in this movie. Still, very thought provoking.

It is interesting but, at the end of the day, I think the people who made this film are splitting hairs. I’ve always felt that way about this premise that actually paying income tax is voluntary. Several people, including lawyers, with no perceivable reason to lie of even be biased, have told me that the law is quite clear: ALL INCOME IS TAXABLE. Some of the posters on these boards are very articulate so I probably can’t win a point-by-point debate with some of them. Having said that, I’m very skeptical of the premise of this film, which SEEMS to be that the masses are too ignorant to realize that they don’t really have to pay taxes.
