To be serious: No, I have not seen the movie and I probably never will but I can't see how someone can be OK with seeing a movie realistically mimicking rape and murder on the condition that no ball sacks and wieners will be on the screen. Personally I would have a lot more issues with the rape and murder part. :S

Cowman, you said "there's a three minute sequence of the lead male swinging his penis around and making helicopter sounds". Boy, that sounds like the movie Bruno. How the hell did THAT get an R-rating from the MPAA, but we're not allowed to show a vagina in an R-rated film?
