Extended Cut WHEN?

Extended cut is coming at some point, right?
Sure they said that it would never happen but look what movie is getting an extended cut even though it was said that it wouldn't get one, Suicide Squad!
Don't tell me it's just a tactic to improve home video sales 😭

MoS is still the best movie in DCEU (at least in my opinion) but it had some major flaws (pacing etc.) and would definitely benefit from few extra minutes. Look what happened to BvS! The first half definitely improved thanks to the Ultimate Cut and SS most likely will improve when the extended cut comes out.

I want to see that full oil rig scene and all the other stuff that was shown in the trailers but didn't make the theatrical cut. I've read about the original cut that was 3 hours long. If I could sit through 3 hours of BvS, I can sit through 3 hours of MoS!

There's still a chance, right?

I don't mind bonus scenes / cut scenes, but extended cut movies to make the original one better / understood is extremely pathetic.

They show these movies to test audiences, so when those people are going  or  then fix the movie right then. Don't wait for months to do the sh!t you should have done in the first place.
