I recorded this movie last November on FIVE in the UK, I had it on my Freeview+ box for months I finally got round to watch it the other night, which movie I watched I DON'T KNOW but it wasn't THIS ONE.

The movie I watched had 2 best friends and 1 got murdered while on the phone with her friend then her friend goes to NYC after the funeral to sort out her friend's apartment to find out her friend led another life etc.

Don't know what happened as I was looking forward to seeing Brian Krause.

Yes there are two movies with this title the one you watched is on again and it has been described as the 2006 version.

It is quite confusing. I have this movie on Verizon Fios On Demand and the description was that of the New York movie, but the one that played was this one. I liked it but now I want to see the other one, too.

I'm watching Ties That Bind, (2006), a Lifetime Movie Network movie starring (or featuring) Sonya Salomaa who just happens to be married to Warren Christie, (starring or) featured in Ties That Bind (2010), another Lifetime Movie Network movie.
