Question about the book!
How many love intrests does he have? Im just trying to get an idea of Kate Mara's part. Rhona Mitra plays the female fbi agent, who i guess is also a love intrest. anyway, how much of a part does his love intrest (not the fbi girl) have in the novie? Spoilers allowed. thank you.

If remember correctly there are two love interests:
"Myra" is a young woman that Nick Memphis (FBI Sniper) accidently shot while he was trying to take a shot at a perp. After doing this, he actually married her when she was in a wheelchair. (Depressing huh? There is no way this subplot is going to be explored in the movie) Early on in the book she passes away. She is actually a source of admiration, the way she dealt with her situation.
Bob Lee Swagger was in Vietnam as a Sniper. His spotter was Donnie. His wife was named:
"Julie" Donnie is killeed in Vietnam and Bob Lee Swagger meets up with her in the present. They develop a relationship. Very cool, very tough woman.

There is no girl that is an actual FBI agent in the book... in the movie... who knows?

Does the name "Sally" ring a bell?
She's the FBI clerk (not sure shes an agent) who get's Nick the info on "Annex B" and the RamDyne files. She's ultimately the one he falls in love with, marries and moves away with - after they get cleared of any espionage/treason charges.

oah, that sounds like a good role. Maybe she will play Sally. QUESTION, are any of these girls involved in any of the action scenes?

Mmmm...not really. In the book, the only thing I remember is Julie getting kidnapped and being there when Bob blows away Payne and Shreck. Sally never got into any of the action at all.
