Great Fun! - Would like to see a series pickup!

Great campy zombie fun! I really enjoyed this little gem. It tries hard and the director did really well with what small budget he obviously had. Dean Cain was great as the half zombie, half human sub-super-hero. Susan Ward was great eye candy and is a terrific actress. Guy Torry played a great sidekick with all of zeal a good "I can't believe this is happening to me!" sidekick should.

Sci-fi execs, if you are reading this... Home Run! Please make a 2nd movie or even a series out of this concept. There is a great core element of horror/sci-fi/comedy potential in this movie that should translate to great enjoyment for fans and great numbers for Sci-fi.

Actually, a series might not be too bad.

But the movie was pretty lame (and I love zombie movies).

I totally agree - its not often that we see a concept that could easily translate into more. To me what was particularly of merit in this idea:
* Different to any synication so far
* However could find a ready audience with the Buffy/Angel demographic
* Intelligently written with numerous references to the rest of the movie industry (Debates on Bond; Michael Bay etc) that would keep the more sophisticated viewer entertained.

So come on guys, lets make a go of this - but make sure, we retain Dean Cain and the writing/directing team, who all seem to work well together.

I agree, this would've been very good as a series. It's too bad no one decided to go through with it.
