3 Quick Questions about the theme song...

1) Is that really the Dunbar squad singing it?
2) What's the name of it?
and
3) Where the heck can I download it!?

I love that song...and the show. I'm so sad that the finale is next Friday, I really hope that they bring back a second season!!
