Meaghan was my favourite until this episode.
Terrible personalities. They're just awful people. I hope they realize the extent to which they bullied Maryam. I felt so bad for Maryam.

I don't think she deserved the title either, but thats not the point. The point is that the three girls left in the house are awful people who bullied Maryam which did nothing to them whatsoever and one of them are going to hold the title of Canadas next top model.

Well some people do think it's a big deal because that type of behaviour is bully behaviour and unacceptable. If I were any of the clients I would flat out reject those loathsome biatches to teach them a lesson. After all, they will be representing my product. Karma will get them eventually though so I am not too worried.
And Maryam did not lie to the judges. I do not know what show you were watching. She admitted it but also stated Linsay tripped with the dress on (which was true also). How many times would you like the girl to apologize for something that was clearly an accident? And to have that old-faced, two-faced, evil wench talk down to her like she was a child with no brains(while the 2 other loathsome creatures backed you up) was pitiful and an embarrasment. It's all editing..LOL. Editing didn't put words on any of those biatches mouths.
To be quite honest, I don't think Maryam deserved the title. She wasn't there to experience many parts of the cycle... so why should she get it? She had good pictures, but that's basically it.
And having good pictures are an important part of a models career. Linsay had horible pictures and made the bottom 2 twice. It wasn't until last week when she FINALLY started improving and she photographs as old as my boss.
Maryam was there for most of the show and the only important thing she missed were the go-sees in New York.. that's it so to state she wasn't there to experience many parts of the cycle is bogus. La biatch Nikita and Heather bothed went to New York and did horrible at the go-sees? Were they even booked for jobs, wasn't La biatch Nikita late (a no-no).
And Maryam's pictures were not just good, they were great to the extent the girl NEVER made the bottom 2 not even when she missed the major trips.
I think you people have gone a little TOO FAR on the defense of Maryam.
And to state we are going a little too far... is again laughable. Those heinous biatches displayed lunatic bully behaviour, making fun of her girl who had no friends in the house, was quiet and made fun of her character/accent/culture (why she didn't parade around in her underwear) etc. For those that accept this type of tyrant behaviour it's not a big deal, but to those who don't it IS a big deal. It's not exactly what I want to see on TV again and that is a verbal assualt on an inoffensive 18 year old.

I think you have gone too far in her defense.
A) fashion is cutthroat, no one cares uf you're a bully, they care if you can walk a runway and take a great photo. (Maryam's runway was the worst of the four)
B) No one wants to hire a model who can't follow simple instructions (don't touch the dress)
C) She didn't go on go-sees which is a big part of the competition, I don't care what anyone says.

Fashion is cutt throat and so is practically every other business venture and nowadays your image is also important. And to state no one cares if you're a bully is somewhat laughable. No one cares if you are a bully behind the scenes because it is not plastered across television land. But when a model is caught behaving less then modelesque, it can be damaging. I have been told this by many in the business. Word travels fast and if a photographer, client or agent do NOT want to work with you, you're *beep* out of luck.
My niece was a model and a very successful one at the that, by the time she was 17 she had appeared in commercials, music videos, promotional posters in the US and strutted her stuff on fashion shows in Toronto and guess what, she didn't have her passport either, did her agency lose sleep over it, hardly since they know pefectly well it takes no more than a matter a few weeks to get one. And she was always instructed to be on her best behaviour because you NEVER know who is watching you.
And Maryams walk was the worst out of all of them but guess what, this can improve, can it not? Grandma Linsay photographs like Joan Rivers and clearly had the worst portfolio of the bunch.... and considering her age, her career will not be a long one. I hope she wins though (even though I was kinda of rooting for Meghan), so she can fall in the obscurity that has befallen the previous lack-lustre winners of this lame show.

It has nothing to do with how good the pictures she took were. This is about the horrible way the other 3 behaved. Hard to tell who was the ring leader. Linsay thinks a great deal of herself - too much frankly. I think the other 2 are just insecure and to make themselves feel better they have to put others down.
Really pathetic. I wonder if they will actually realize when they watch the episodes how awful they were.
