Cellulose insulation in homes.

Mr Holmes,my name is Janice Mcgee,my daughter recently bought us a home.We are very sick people and since we've moved in this house we're getting sicker, my husband had a heart transplant in Nov.2011. And now is dealing with problems breathing and so am I.we started a first thinking we were having some insect problems with the house, we've had exterminator after exterminator and they can't find the problem finally a very young and smart exterminator went up in the attic and found cellulose insulation.He explained that it consist of ground up newspaper and clothes and we could be allergic.Inoticed the stuff all over the beds and the furniture,our eyes burning and our nose full of lent or filt.I also noticed my skin burning and felt like something biting me. I called the home builders and was told that the insulation was on code and the warrenty was not responslble for removal.I wonder if it is installed correctly because all this stuff is blown out of the air vents.I had asthma as a little girl and now it has returned since living in this house.Is there any information you could help us with,it would be deeply appricated....[email protected].Thank you again Mr Holmes
