Holland looks like a young...

Billy Bob Thorton. For 3 reasons:

1) Same hairstyle, but Holland's hair is a dull brownish blond
2) Same body type, since their both kinda skinny
3) Same facial features (esp. w/ Holland's goatee)

I can see how they're different as well.

1) Thorton is about 50ish and Holland is about late20s to mid30s
2) Thorton has a more white trash appearance to him
3) Thorton is a HELL OF A LOT more easy going than Holland
