Special features announced!

Fangoria just announced the special features and cover art (personally, I'm more partial to the UK cover) for Jeremy Kasten's "cover" of HG Lewis' splatter film Wizard of Gore that will finally be released on DVD August 19th:

• Audio commentary
• Making of WIZARD OF GORE featurette
• Behind the Curtain: A Look at the Magic of WIZARD OF GORE featurette
• From Volunteer to Victim: The Suicide Girls in WIZARD OF GORE featurette
• Deleted scenes
• Storyboards, design sketches and personal photography
• Bloopers and gag reel

I interviewed Kasten earlier this month and he was really excited about the many features on the DVD. He actually produced them himself as that's his "day job." There will be over an hour and a half of bonus material, including how they created Jeffrey Combs' unique Geek makeup.

August can't come soon enough! :)
