We laughed, poked and giggled

My movie club watched this movie last night. At the beginning realized you it's a low budget fun film with some of that rough charm. So yea you sometimes poke fun at things like like occasional boom in frame - tee hee.

"Special Dead" never takes itself that seriously that it loses it's charm. There are so many things that are just plain non-pc and 'wrong' that it's really hilarious (retarded people vs zombies - hmm who's smarter?). Stuff that makes you go 'Ew gross' and giggle. It's high camp fun, in the venue of the 50's drive-in mix in with a big does of Troma.

We took a poll and it got 4 out of five starts (ok I may of rounded up just a little.) It's a great early effort - congrats on the DVD release!

And (spoiler alert) a great nunchuck scene that's stands out and it most unexpected.
