You're either a guy/too young/never loved and lost. If you've ever loved someone so much that you would spend the rest of your life waiting for them, or if you're lucky enough, spending the rest of your life with them; then you've never truly been in love, and can't appreciate such a beautiful story until you have had that kind of love.
