Voice of General Shanker

William Shatner did the voice of American General Shanker who kidnapped and incarcerated the aliens. I think he did a dreadful job of enunciating for the General. There were a number of times his enunciating didn't match the angry look on the Generals face along with how he moved his mouth. I'm surprised they didn't notice this in editing. It could have enhanced the viewers sense of the tension and fear the aliens would have experienced. I like William Shatner. I just believe they could have gotten someone with a more authoritative and commanding voice.
