Viggo Morttensens character
I kind of got the feeling that his character was an undercover cop towards the end, did anyone else think of this that it's possible.

SPOILER ALERT: I don't know if he fell asleep in the middle or is just being funny. Seriously though, a buddy of mine recommended the film to me and in the next sentence told me Viggo was a cop; it was like Ralph Malph giving up the ending to Cinderella by saying "the shoe fit."

shareNo sequel, unless David Cronenberg has managed to revive the funding, which fell through several years ago, and his own flagging interest. DC said last year (I think) that he had abandoned plans because everybody involved had moved on to other projects.
No matter. The film stands nicely on its own.

... that he was, something. Even then, I didn't want to use the word 'cop', but knew that he was responsible for saving that woman through the police.
