Not in Cannes after all

Angelopoulos tried to have it ready for the Cannes Film Festival( although he wanted his film to be out of competition),but it was evident from the beginning that he couldn't make it.He was in the editing room a while ago. I suppose, now next stop Venice.
On the other hand, there is the new Atom Egoyan movie in the competition, and ofcourse the new Woody Allen film,Vicky Cristina Bracelona.I can't wait !

Oops he just missed Venice too ! I think they couldn't find a day for the movie premiere as the cast had various obligations and they couldn't attend. So,now it's Berlin. That makes the world premiere even more far away.and I am afraid that Berlin doesn't fit in for Theo's movies.
