I read that ABC family approved the season to air in the US. True?

I read this on a few message boards. If it does, it is allegedly to begin fall 2007, but i haven't found anything since last March, when it was officially approved according to some message boards. Can anybody verify this?

Toon Disney Jetix will also air Digimon Data Squad but i have not seen anything mentioning it yet at the moment. Probably at the end of September or beginning of October. If anything I'll double check what's up.

EDIT: According to Jetix Digimon Data Squad will air at 8:30 pm on October 1st, 2007
